It is the policy of Project CRISS to charge shipping and handling for all orders. Our percentage based fee covers the actual cost of shipping and handling (shipping and delivery charges, packaging materials, and staff time).
The following types of shipping are available within the continental United States when purchasing from Project CRISS: United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, and U.S. Postal Service. Our default shipping is via UPS. Other arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the order, need for on-time delivery (e.g. for a Level I training with prearranged dates), and ship-to address.
Regular shipping arrives in 3 to 6 business days. The charge is 10% of order total with a minimum charge of $7.95
Rush shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days. The charge is 15% of order total with a minimum charge of $7.95
Urgent shipping arrives within one business day (overnight). Each package is $7.95 PLUS actual shipping costs.
For extra large orders (over $10,000) shipping and handling fees may be adjusted. Call the CRISS office for ordering assistance, 1-877-502-7477.
In the rare cases when clients wish to ship our products through their own service providers, Project CRISS must charge a handling fee to cover the cost of the packaging materials and the time our staff spends readying materials for shipping and/or communicating with our warehouses, etc. This nonnegotiable handling fee is 1.5% of the total order (with a minimum charge of $7.95).
Purchase orders, cash, credit card, or check payments which do not include shipping and handling in the total will not be processed until the additional fees are paid in full. Schools or districts with a policy of not paying for shipping must contact the Project CRISS office prior to processing an order so that shipping and handling fees may be figured and embedded in the total cost of the products ordered
Outside the continental U.S., all invoices will be processed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges will include a $7.95 fee per package plus the actual cost of shipping. These charges will be added to the invoice
