- Orders are not accepted online. Please print the order form and fax or mail it with your purchase order, credit card information, or prepayment. (For prepayment, please call the CRISS office for the correct amount, including the shipping and handling charge.)
- Please make sure your completed order form is accompanied by a purchase order, check, or credit card information.
- Include in the description line of your purchase order the training dates, training location, and name(s) of the CRISS Trainer(s).

CRISS Training Materials
Level I Training
Twelve to twenty-four contact hours training for teachers to use CRISS in the classroom.
Level II Training
Four day (28 contact hours) workshop for CRISS-experienced teachers to become CRISS-certified District Trainers qualified to train other teachers, within their own districts, at Level I trainings.
